Alexander Ebert – “Million Years”

“Million Years” off Alexander Ebert’s new self titled solo album is just great.  As soon as you hear the first pluck of his guitar, the smile you had all those times listening to “Home” and “Janglin” may as well have never left.  The song could have easily fit on that album (Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros) but Im glad to have heard it recently so it can satisfy my Ed Sharpe fix while I wait for their next album .  This song is best listened to on the road after a perfectly sublime day with the sun going down behind you, in a convertible if you’ve got one…
