With high energy woman-up anthems and hooks for days, Nashville based artist Emily Kopp is gearing up for a summer tour with a fresh new track. Premiering exclusively on GroundSounds is her latest single “Hold Your Head Up,” it’s an anthem with a “rise up” message, full of inspiration!

Emily had this to say about her latest track:

Earlier this year, I’d started digging around my computer for old song ideas that were never brought to life for one reason or another. I stumbled upon a voice note from 2014 – a short recording called, “Hold Your Head Up (Put On A Show)”. I’d instantly remembered that melody. The words were written about strength, love, and encouragement… themes that are timeless, and valid now more than ever in our countries current climate. I brought it to my co-writer and producer Justin Beckler and together, we created “Hold Your Head Up”. Creating is an honor and always feels good: But this one felt especially good, and I hope it resonates with someone, somewhere.
