Wonderfully warped and bristling with incendiary energy, the Oakland-based rockers Everyone Is Dirty first started shocking audiences with the raw power of their music in 2013. Having made made a name for themselves in the Bay Area with their unforgettable live shows, the band consisting of Sivan Lioncub (vocals/electric violin), Christopher Daddio (guitar/vocals), Tony Sales (drums/vocals) and Tyler English (bass) is now gearing up to release a new album, My Neon’s Dead.

The album will be Everyone Is Dirty’s first with the great, also Oakland-based label, OIM Records.

“We are proud Oaklanders,” shares the band. “So releasing our record, My Neon’s Dead, with OIM, a label who passionately supports new music & community building here in Oakland, makes us feel like we really are in the center of our world. We’ve been makin’ lots of plans hanging out on Sarah’s porch, in Jeff’s bar, our studio Donut Time Audio…Spending a lot of time together. When you are trading garden veggies for farm fresh eggs with your record label, that’s a jam!”

“The best part of running a label is that feeling of falling in love with a new record,” OIM Records adds. “Not just in love though, but rather to a point where you know that record so well, its like the nooks and crannies of an old friend, lodged in your memory for eternity. Well, OIM is currently obsessed with “My Neon’s Dead”, the upcoming LP from the newest member of the OIM family, Everyone Is Dirty. Built on a foundation of rad music, friendship and community camaraderie, OIM Records couldn’t be more amped about working together on this release.”

Look for My Neon’s Dead out soon via OIM Records and be sure to catch Everyone Is Dirty along with their label mates Foxtails Brigade on August 2nd at The Chapel in San Francisco, CA.
