We’re super excited to share the new, dreamy single “If Only I Could Sleep” from The New Investors today! Our favorite Copenhagen group is back with new music and shiny new music video to along with it! YES!! They’ve been busy in the studio pretty much since the release of their debut album Last One In is a Dreamer in 2016. 2017 was an exciting year of rehearsing, shows, and studio time for the band, focusing on creating new sounds for us to enjoy. The group also celebrated signing a sync-licensing deal with Hookline, which will see their music placed in branded content and more! We hope that leads to some very cool opportunities for these guys. This new single is the first release off of their forthcoming album out later this year. Here’s what they had to say about their new track:
“If Only I Could Sleep” is a gentle hymn about sleepless nights spent in the lonely prison cell of unrequited love. A soundtrack for dead end drives through neon-lit cities, where lonely surf-guitars echo across dark and brooding synth landscapes.
