New Jersey five-piece Loyalty To Me march towards the release of their debut EP, with an arsenal of hook-laden, relatable and infectious alternative rock tunes. Dancing between 00’s emo and present day pop-fueled emo, Loyalty To Me offers an enticing prospect for fans across the alternative rock genre.
They have broken onto the scene in the past 18 months, delivering an intricate, smart and punchy collection of singles, nodding to an array of influences from across alternative rock, punk and emo. The sharp and astute lyricism showing elements of Cartel, with catchy indie-punk vibes of The Front Bottoms. Recent supports with the likes of Cute is What We Aim For & Oh Weatherly have helped further boost Loyalty To Me’s stock moving into their debut EP.
Today we’re excited to premiere “The Rest” – from the upcoming debut album. The song is one hell of an anthem. I can’t get “No love for the fucked up new kids” out of my head, and frankly I don’t want to. This is everything those descriptions above promise and more. You’re gonna want to turn up the volume on this one.

“The Rest is our rally cry–an anthem for those of us who are down on our luck and holding on for dear life. Right now, with everyone quarantining, we’re kind of all in that position. We hope this song provides catharsis for you. It’s got this huge rush of energy, with giant choruses and gang vocals you’ll remember after one listen (if we’ve done our job correctly!). It feels like a strong statement. As song 2 of 5 on our upcoming EP, it also introduces a lyrical through line explored throughout the rest of the project. This is your perfect entry point!
