Frank Ocean is certainly staying busy. The singer has officially been confirmed to be the first musical guest on the 38th season of Saturday Night Live, which airs September 15th. MTV has also announced that Ocean will be performing at the VMA’s. The music awards could end up being a big night for him, he is nominated for Best New Artist.
