You do not need to create an accout in the GroundSounds shop, and you do not have to sign in every time you purchase something. Creating an account is completely optional. However, if you are a repeat customer, creating an accout will save you time because all of your contact details will be saved in the system, and you will not have to re-enter them each time you make a purchase. But again this is optional.
The ‘Sign In’ link will take you to a Sign In page, if you’re already an account holder, simply enter your details and sign in. If you want to create a new account, click on the text link on the bottom right of the box that says ‘Create New Account’. This will bring up a simple form where you enter your name, email address and a password. You then click on Register.
Once registered a short email will be sent to you, so you have a record of your details and you will instantly be logged into your account. Here you can update your details, view your orders as well as enter your address into our system so that when you place an order you never have to enter this information again.
As an alternative you can create your account during the checkout process.
The system does not store any financial information, it only stores your name and contact/billing details.
Are the watches water resistant?
Yes, the watches are water resistant, however they are not waterproof. The Grind Time watches are splash friendly, however we wouldn’t recommend full water submersion.
What are the dimensions and weight of the watches?
The watch band is 9.05″ long and 1″ wide. The watch face is approximately 1.5″ X 1.5″ and together they weigh slightly less than 2 ounces.
How many different faces and bands are there?
Currently there are 3 different faces featuring our red “G” logo: White, Silver, and Black. We offer 14 different color bands which are easily interchangeable. We have White, Black, Red, Grey, Brown, Pink, Magenta, Purple, Royal Blue, Light Blue, Green, Yellow, and Orange.
SHIPPING
Once your purchase has been placed, and the payment has been received, your order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. The item will be shipped to your paypal or credit card address unless you specify otherwise.
You will also receive an email from us with a tracking number. You should then receive your order at your doorstep within 3-7 business days from the shipment date. International orders may take longer to arrive depending on location.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At GroundSounds we want you to have an awesome experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions on how to do just this.
Contact sales@groundsounds.com stating your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and why. As long as the product is unaltered and undamaged we will give you a full refund (doesn’t include shipping). The item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
– Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
– Items must be returned to GroundSounds in their original condition
– Only applies to original purchaser.
– Refunds are issued via PayPal only, to the original email address used to process payment. No exceptions.
GroundSounds does reserve the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.
