Austin based rock trio I Am The Albatross are gearing up for the release of their debut album Lonesome Son. Inspired by their travels through Texas, the bands latest project is pure sonic goodness, featuring blistering guitar work complimented by fresh vocals. Premiering exclusively on GroundSounds is their latest single “No Man’s Land.”
Vocalist and guitarist Jesse Berkowitz had this to say about their latest track:
“’No Man’s Land’ is a sinister tune about the drought stricken Texas Plains. It’s an imagining of a world gone wrong, where right and wrong and good and evil have little meaning. It’s our contribution to the canon of dust bowl ballads.”
