Melbourne based singer-songwriter MYAMI recently dropped the smooth fresh new track “Soldier.” It’s a laid back single, based on themes of being a female going into the music industry, premiering exclusively on GroundSounds is the accompanying music video.
MYAMI had this to say about her latest visuals:
“Soldier” talks about all the fears and expectations I have previously had as well as working out how to navigate the ins and outs of the industry.
The video begins in a white pristine room, paying reference to a new beginning and clean fresh start. The black paint symbolises the entrance of other people’s expectations, contributions, opinions and rules.
