With emo and pop punk influences, Green Light Theory is new alt-rock band rising out of Los Angeles. The guys have been making moves as they create high energy sonic goodness, premiering exclusively on GroundSounds is their fresh new video for “Untied.”
The guys had this to say about their latest single:
Scott: “Untied” is about the realization that effort isn’t purely enough to fix something that is broken. This is our third music video. We wanted it to be performance driven.
Kyle: For the music video, I think we really wanted a video that showcased us rocking out and showing how much fun we enjoy playing together rather than focusing on a story.
Corey: “Untied” was a different song to write, basically being a step-by-step walk-through of what it’s like to see an ex and try to work things out, then realize, it’s never going to happen.
