LA based alt-rockers The Fontaines have received much acclaim for their EP ii, which dropped earlier this year. Since the release, the band has been busy performing at numerous festivals throughout North America. Nonetheless, they found time to record a live version of their fresh single “Cold,” it is now premiering exclusively on GroundSounds.
Frontman Hank Fontaine had this to say about filming “Cold” live:
“I don’t even remember shooting it. That whole day was just me surrounded by a bunch of sweaty older guys who were eating Thai food in between takes.”
