Multi instrumentalist Thorbjørn Kaas is the creative soul of Bear With Me. The band formed in Aarhus, cultural capital of Denmark, and the epicenter of the alternative and eclectic music milieu, but has recently re-located to test the music out on the bigger scene of the Danish capital, Copenhagen. After a series of catchy airy electro-acoustic singles, the band is ready with a self-titled EP.
The lead single “Cry” is droning and heavy with a beautiful melody contrasted by a vast synth soundscape. The wide palette of sounds is tied together by frontman Thorbjørn Kaas’ voice that is both deep, lush, decisive and innocent.
