The GroundSounds Shop ships worldwide from our Columbus headquarters using USPS and UPS. We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Where is my order?
All orders include a delivery tracking code, however we have learned the tracking does not update for some countries once clearing customs. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for the appropriate tracking link. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at sales@groundsounds.com.
My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately (sales@groundsounds.com) and we will address the specific issue. For international orders, we ask that you please wait 5 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost. For damaged goods, please contact us and include photographs of the damage.
Refunds & Exchanges
At GroundSounds we want you to have an awesome experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions on how to do just this.
Contact sales@groundsounds.com stating your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and why. As long as the product is unaltered and undamaged we will give you a full refund. The item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
– Items must be returned to GroundSounds in their original condition
– Only applies to original purchaser.
– Refunds are issued via PayPal only, to the original email address used to process payment. No exceptions.
GroundSounds does reserve the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.
