With a mix of electrifying folk anthems and calming vocals that soothe the soul, LA based band The Wilder Society recently dropped the the ‘Lions Den’ EP. The project features five-tracks of pure sonic goodness, one of them being “Turning Tides,” the live video is now premiering exclusively on GroundSounds.
Bassist David Powell had this to say about “Turning Tides”:
“Turning Tides is a special one for us. It was the biggest surprise among the five songs we recorded for the EP because it took on an unexpected energy once we were able to explore in the studio. What was already an emotional song became something that was more vulnerable and more joyous than we could have imagined. The song is a favorite at our shows for the audience and the band.”
