Pop Powerhouse Zara Larsson Continues Her “Midnight Sun” Remarkable Chart Run

Pop powerhouse, Grammy nominated, Zara Larsson continues her remarkable chart run as her breakout single “Midnight Sun” climbs to a new peak of No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100. The milestone follows the song’s impressive reign atop Billboard‘s Pop Airplay chart, where it spent two consecutive weeks at No. 1 before landing at No. 3 this week. The track also reached the summit of the Mediabase Pop Radio chart, further cementing its status as one of the year’s defining pop anthems. Adding to her momentum, Larsson’s collaboration with PinkPantheress, “Stateside,” sits at No. 16 on the Hot 100, giving the Swedish star two simultaneous Top 20 hits.

With summer in full swing, Larsson continues to captivate audiences on the international festival circuit. Earlier this week, she delivered a standout performance at Denmark’s Roskilde Festival, drawing a crowd of more than 90,000 fans—her largest audience to date. The global trek continues with appearances at Lollapalooza Berlin before returning to the U.S. for Lollapalooza Chicago, where she’ll headline a special aftershow on July 30 ahead of her main stage performance the following day. Her packed touring schedule also includes two sold-out nights at Los Angeles’ legendary Greek Theatre, followed by dates across Asia and an arena tour of Australia and New Zealand. Demand has been overwhelming, with presale tickets for the latter selling out in under two hours more than six months before the tour begins.

The past year has marked another milestone-filled chapter in Larsson’s career. In February, she earned her first-ever GRAMMY® nomination, receiving recognition in the Best Dance Pop Recording category for “Midnight Sun.” She celebrated the achievement with a memorable performance of the hit during the GRAMMY Awards Premiere Ceremony before launching the sold-out North American leg of her Midnight Sun Tour. The spring run featured multiple sold-out nights in both Los Angeles and New York City, wrapping in April after reaffirming Larsson’s status as one of pop music’s most compelling live performers.
