Fast-rising vocalist, producer, and songwriter Naisha marks a major milestone with the release of her debut EP, 911, out now via Interscope Records/Desi Trill. Arriving alongside the project is the striking visual for “Contraband,” filmed on location across her native India. Conceived by Naisha, the video was brought to life by directors Ruby and Colin Tilley, offering a cinematic companion to one of the EP’s standout moments.
Executive produced by Naisha alongside Skrillex and Dilip Venkatesh, 911 also features appearances from BEAM and Ty Dolla $ign. Across the project, the emerging artist blurs the lines between electronic, hip-hop, R&B, and South Asian influences, crafting a bold sonic identity that’s entirely her own. Effortlessly switching between English, Hindi, and Caribbean patois—a reflection of her Trinidadian and Indian heritage—Naisha showcases both her versatility as a vocalist and her assured vision as a producer.
