NBA YoungBoy is settling into a new chapter halfway across the world, and fans in South Korea are already spotting him around Seoul. Recent photos circulating online show the Baton Rouge rapper posing with supporters, giving a glimpse into his unexpected life overseas.
This appears to be more than a temporary escape. During a recent conversation with Funny Marco, YoungBoy revealed that he had relocated to South Korea and does not plan on returning to the United States. He spoke highly of his new surroundings, pointing to the country’s sense of safety, cleanliness, and distance from the environment he grew up in.
The casual fan encounters take on even more weight given YoungBoy’s complicated history with legal restrictions, which limited his ability to move freely for years. Following his 2025 presidential pardon, however, the rapper entered a markedly different chapter, with far fewer limitations on where he could go and how he could live.
Now, the rapper is seemingly embracing that freedom in full—trading the familiar streets of Baton Rouge for Seoul and casually crossing paths with fans along the way. South Korea really has YoungBoy out here living like he discovered a whole new map.
