OG The Story an Irish based Nigerian Rap artist and musician, released his official solo EP “Evolution By Any Means”. A collection of songs speaking to the listeners to evolve and grow everyday to become our highest form of ourselves. He took some time to sit and have a zoom interview with us and speak about his inspirations, plans for future music, traveling, and life. After taking some time away from the music scene for a couple years, he returned with a new motivation for his music, and used his passion to create a new path of self discovery. Using this he leads by example of what pursuing your drive can do with a positive vibe and mindset.
When asked about his inspiration for the EP of “Evolution by any means” OG The Story said,
“This project is about self-expression and striving to be the best version of myself, which has led me to explore key themes including identity, consciousness, and self-love. This EP is telling the story of my journey to achieve my highest potential, while delving into a variety of life experiences with the insights and lessons gained from them. The relationship between the individual and community is also touched on in parallel to the key themes of the project, with the hope to inspire others to be their best selves”.
