Formed by singer/songwriter Harrison Cohen, Z by Z’s catalog is akin to hearing the funk-pop sounds of Maroon 5 filtered through the slick bravado of the Arctic Monkeys. Their song “Miss Mystery” has amassed multiple spins on the station, as well as 40K+ streams on Spotify. Z by Z has spent the past year performing in across the east coast, including a sold-out show at Philadelphia’s PhilaMOCA in December 2018.
Today we’re excited to premiere their new track “Concentrate” – streaming below! The song has a sunny, care-free vibe mixed with a big, energetic indie-rock hook. We absolutely love this track. We have the power to make the most artificial things seem so real. “Concentrate” was written to navigate through these deceiving storylines that we tell ourselves.”
