Judah Holiday discovered his musical talents early while growing up in the Bronx. He began playing drums at age seven, then moved on to guitar in order to explore his natural affinity for melody. After writing his first song at age 14, he steadily built up a body of work showing the strength of his melodic talents, and later began gigging at iconic venues like CBGB Gallery. Although he quickly became a regular on the Lower East Side scene, Holiday increasingly longed for a change of pace, and in 2011 relocated to Miami. With his surroundings igniting an intense fascination with electronic dance music, he then immersed himself in studying production and introduced a whole new vitality into his sound. He is inspired by music icons like James Taylor and Neil Young, as well as by more contemporary artists such as Gavin DeGraw, Coldplay, and Matt Kearney.

Today we’re pumped to premiere his new song “Shout Out Loud” – streaming below! The track is a bouncy indie-pop gem with an undeniable hook. “Should Out Loud” is an awesome showcase of Judah’s potential. Don’t be surprised if this one catches fire.

In his own words:

“”Shout Out Loud” represents being completely candid and honest with yourself. I went through a past relationship where I gave into passion over logic. I had to realize what may look and feel appealing in the moment is not always what was best for me.”
